CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: November 5th 2024By ordering art from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. You agree to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $5
2. On orders above $5 you agree to pay half the invoice total after watermarked sketch. The other half has to be paid on approval of the watermarked finished product.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
4. You accept that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by me according to the above schedule.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. You agrees that the art will be delivered digitally. I can email or send it in our dms.
7. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. You are obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc, unless I specify I will pay for shipping.
8. It is sole responsibility for you to send the proper shipping information for me to ship. It is not my responsibility if the item has been lost, if it is I will ship a new one if I can, but I will not refund.REVISIONS
9. You have the right to ask for changes in the sketch phase.
10. You have right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail. If its huge fixes I will simply not do it since you could've asked in the sketch.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. You agree to pay the total amount specified in USD(American dollars).REFUND POLICY
14. You have the right to ask for a full refund anytime before I start. If I sent a sketch it will be a half one. If I sent the full piece you will NOT be getting a refund.
15. You kust be able to communicate with me, as well as send me clear details on what youd like.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by you is for personal use. Any use of the art for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate fee depending on what you want it as.You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, you do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
17. You can cancel at any time. But depending on how far along the art is done is how much of a refund you get.
18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. I am a human being.
